Background

A grounding in talk therapy and sexual health medicine

Mathias has been working in psychotherapy and counselling since 1999, drawing on training across CBT, REBT, psychosexual and relationship therapy. He spent thirteen years in NHS sexual health and HIV medicine, working alongside psychiatrists and medical teams at major London teaching hospitals.

Working with a psychiatrist
That clinical background shapes how he works today — he's comfortable collaborating with psychiatrists, GPs, and other specialists when medication or medical input is part of the picture.

Languages
Sessions are available in English, French, and Spanish.
